Crafters & Weavers Refund / Exchange / Damage Policy:
We are here to answer any questions you have about our product. Please feel free to ask anything that will help you make the best buying decision before purchase.
If you need to cancel an order you must notify us by email (email@example.com) within 2 days for a full refund. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. If you cancel after 2 days but before shipping you will be refunded the price paid less a 20% processing and restocking fee.
Our policy lasts 3 days after delivery. If 3 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. DO NOT DISPOSE OF ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be deducted from the refund amount at our discretion.
- Packed in original packaging for safe transportation

You should insure the shipment and make sure it is properly packed to arrive back to us in the same condition it left. You are responsible for all return shipping charges and initial shipping charges are non refundable. We also recommend using a service with tracking information, we cannot guarantee your shipment will arrive back to us.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Original packaging is required for all exchanges.

Should you observe any damage to the outer packaging, please inspect the item in the presence of the shipper and if there is significant damage, indicate as such when you sign their paperwork and reject the shipment and have the carrier return it to us. Glad to do business with wine experts. Just installed this beauty today. It is sleek and classy. It was easy to install and adjust the foot pads for leveling. Temperatures were preset which made it easy to get started. Delivered on time and in perfect condition.
I love this fridge. I did a lot of research and am very happy. The important thing is that all my prized wine is chilled to perfection and it's super quiet. Very minimal blue glow from the digital thermometer. Definitely, recommend this fridge. it even has a lock on the door (which I have yet to use, but think it's an awesome feature). :)

I bought this as a gift for my family. We love wine so the 34 bottle wine cooler worked perfectly for our needs. It fit perfect on our counter next to the refrigerator and slid nicely underneath our cabinets keeping it out of the way and not an eyesore.

After the first month I think this was very good price for a cooler that holds so much, has two different compartments and allows you to set the temp for each. Shelves work well. looks good. Temp is right on. This is a good buy!
